Don't mind it happening, and I like Daleks, but I would like to see the new series give them a rest for a year...although unless there's some surprise planned for the remaining specials I guess they have!

Yeah I guess so, I was sort of hoping they would return but as a clause, someone else is controlling them (or just one or two of the Daleks).

God, tomorrow I'm taking my friend back to university, and guess where she goes? Cardiff. I'm hoping lady luck is still on my side and I manage to see, maybe even meet some of the cast . We're gunna go to Cardiff Bay, and just go around for hours, checking out the scene.

It was going to happen, but even my nine-year-old son, who loves the show, told me after the end of season four that he was sick of the Daleks and didn't want them to come back any time soon.

Cant wait to see how Smith reacts to them, especially compared to Nines reaction, that was first class acting from Eccelston.


I hope its not a massive Dalek infestation as like before. Id like it to be one or two Daleks, like the Cult of Skaro or something, its more menacing that way rather than an army, it shows just how much those little things can destroy and manipulate the human race.

I hope we don't see another CGI fest of Daleks invading the skies like "Daleks in Manhattan"

It was, but I guess Upper Boat felt it was too similar

I dunno why people bother with the whole "give them a break" spiel, cos it's been known (or at least widely assumed) for years that the rights to use them include the proviso of having them every season
