Who else likes Captain Janeway aka Kate Mulgrew? I grew up watching her on Voyager when I was 11. My favourite episode was Threshold and I absolutely hated Coda. What's your favourite and least favourite episode?

I definitely love Janeway - she is by far the character that inspires me the most. Next in line is Tom and everyone else comes third on my list (including Kes).
My first contact with VOY happened when I was nearly 30 years old - in my country we have only been able to see this kind of thing (= Star Trek and other sci-fi shows) since the beginning of this millennium or thereabout. I fell in love with VOY immediately when I saw my first ep (which was ONE) and to date this has never changed. It's by far my fav show of all time!
It is interesting that you like THRESHOLD, which is an episode widely hated by fans. I personally like it too but it's not my personal fav. Tommyboy usually looks more appealing than that on any other ep!
My personal favourites include SCORPION (best piece of science fiction ever written in my book), DEADLOCK (if you like Janeway then you must appreciate having two of her at the same time) and BLOOD FEVER. These are the ones I like most. But apart from a few eps I actually like every single episode of this show. Of the villains, the Hirogen are my fav, closely followed by the Borg.
And what is it you don't like about CODA? I really love the end scene when Janeway lets Chakotay go first ... That's an absolutely stunning gesture on the Captain's part, letting her XO go first. I smile every time I see that scene.
And, btw, you are a newbie ... so welcome aboard:
