Theory for TOS Enterprise and Disco Enterprise differences

So it takes about 115 year for holographic communications be be up to the Pike Standard of Excellence.
I'm not really sure I see the problem with that.
Captain Pike IS the Standard of Excellence at this point in the history of Star Fleet.
Even Captain Kirk looks up to the man.

The Pike is the Starfleet accepted measure of communication quality.

The devolution of technology became a weird, crazed obsession for him, to the point he demanded that even screen communications be replaced with one beep for yes, two for no. What, you thought he was put in that chair by an accident? Every knows there's no such thing as Delta radiation. It was his Howard Hughes moment.

If you can show me any instance that CBS or Paramount have defined the Original universe as the Prime universe, then I'll happily believe its conspiracy Bullshit.

He said that he doesn’t consider Prime Spock to be TOS Spock, so he’s not going to take that as proof.

It's from Paramount, and it acknowledges TOS Spock being from the Prime Universe. That was the parameters of his challenge. Whatever arbitrary goalpost shifting bullshit he wants to come up with after that is his problem and not worth the effort.

I didn't realize Prime Spock equaling TOS Spock was even a debate, considering Leonard Nimoy himself considered Prime Spock to be TOS Spock.
After fifty plus years of being an active Star Trek fan, I've come to the conclusion that the only thing that hasn't been debated to death, is the title of the original show.

I prefer to think of them as the prime universe, and the... Pine universe.

*crickets chirping loudly*

Tough crowd, tough crowd. ;) :D

Maybe I should hide them behind a spoiler tag for size? In any case, they magnify once you click on them.
They look fine on your end because you already have them in your cache, but for anyone else they become super tiny as an anti-hotlinking feature.
