I am slightly hopeful that the ending gives Morgan a chance to connect with Rick in the future. Can anyone give a relatively spoiler-free comparison to the comics..I know Morgan returns to the story, but how different is it then today's episode?
^^ Gas... A car on a showroom floor has little to no gas in it for safety reasons... A car plucked randomly by the roadside probably has a good bit more gas, or at least it's around cars that can be siphoned..
One hopes that if Hyundai is a sponsor, they weren't too upset about their crossover vehicle having trouble with a little mud.. LOL...
I So I watched the episode last night and although it was enjoyable I don’t get where people are saying it’s the best episode so far or this season.

In short, 'I liked this episode and thought it was enjoyable except for every part of this episdoe for which i have a nitpick.'![]()
No actually in short.
It was an enjoyable enough episode but (IMO) it wasn't the bestest one EVER or this season because of the Nits I listed.![]()

I was teasing man. In any case, my only nitpicks with this episode is Michone all of a sudden seems seems to be faster than the flash. First she gets on the roof in like 5 seconds and then she retrieves the picture in roughly the same amount of time.
What's up with that?
Also, BTW did anyone notice the strange cut between when Carl was looking into the restaurant, giggles the door handle and then the cut away where he's 30 some feet away from the building?
It was an odd scene cut IMO and I was wondering if the scene didn't film right and they skipped another take?
Also, if you watch the Talking Dead episode this week they missed some great footage where apparently Morgan had also created the abiity to zipline from one builidng to another. They recreated that for the set but failed to show it on the episode. Why not?
OK Nitpick time.
1. Convenient, isn't it?
2. Because he's nuts.
3. Maybe he was aiming for the head and missed.
4. Because he's nuts.
5. (reason for booby traps) Because he's nuts.
6. Because he's-- oh, right.
I'm not sure all zombies know how to turn doorknobs. Morgan's wife was doing so because they appear to retain a little association with some things, and that was her home.
All of our heroes for that matter can get a head shot from 30-50 away on a dead run, from a moving vehicle, through chain link fences and so on (with a pistol no less) but when a character is not supposed to die they can’t hit the broad side of a barn.

Its the Star Wars Stormtrooper effect. In the original Star Wars, Stormtroopers were absolutely lethal in the film's opening attack on the rebel ship, but later on, when they were fighting with the heroes of the film, they may as well have been shooting in the opposite direction while standing on their heads..with Nerf guns.
In other words, to advance a necessary part of the plot, Carl--like Stormtroopers--cannot deliver a fatal shot to a character who is important. We may not see Morgan again, but for the episode, he was as important as the series leads.
Umm.. Because he’s nuts doesn’t cover it, you don’t set up all those elaborate traps, have a mass storage of weapons, have a system for clearing out the town, finding food and so on and then claim “Because he’s nuts”.
If he is that nuts he would just eat a gun.
The house Morgan and Duane was in was not theirs
I found a pretty neat map that shows the various locations of where everyone is and what events happened where.
Enjoy!

Those are shooting locations, not where the actual sites are meant to be. Rick and Morgan aren't from Atlanta, for example.

I was just going to post the same thing. LOL. For example, they used the Cobb Energy Center - a new building that is a performance center which is located in Cobb county not remotly close to the CDC to stand in as the CDC because the actual CDC building is kind of boring. LOL
