After playing RB2 for so long GH's timing feels a bit "off"...
Might be the larger jewels/window for strumming...
Same goes for some of the placement of the strums/notes...

I was a big Guitar Hero II and III guy, but after jumping on the Rock Band wagon, it was really hard for me to get back into GH. A lot of it probably has to do with their horrible charting, but it just feels different. Not really interested in getting GH: World Tour or GH 5 or GH: Van Halen (I have a feeling they're going to kill the market with all their flooding), especially since I've spent a billion dollars on Rock Band downloads. I was all set to jump over GH: Aerosmith too, since I could get it for so cheap, but then I decided at the last minute that I'd probably never play it.

But The Beatles Rock Band interests me.

Neversoft definitly made some weird choices with their charting...
There are some songs that have strums where there is none in the song...

I am all over this.

I also got "The Touch" for GH. It's pretty good, but definitely a new recording (it even says 2007 or some such when the track title comes up). For free, I'm not gonna complain, and it's a hilarious song still anyway. My friends will love that next time they're over to play.

Yeah, it's not the cheesy 80's version of the animated Transformers movie...
Ah well, as you said, it's free...

I have the 2007 version on my iPod (Stan Bush was giving it away for free at some point) and I like the recording and it is just a better recorded version of the 80s "classic".
