Double post, but a new live-action tv series of The Phantom is in planning.
I know that white saviours in Africa are very passé now but I have a soft spot for the comic, as I remember reading the syndicated strip in Sunday newspapers as a kid. And I think the Billy Zane movie is a very underrated swashbuckler. So I will check this out.
