IIRC they were at one stage going to do a spinoff of the original show, set in a women’s prison, but it never got past development.
If they hurry Dick Van Dyke is still available.
Totally up for that. The original movie is fun but flawed. The whole dream sequence conceit was a mistake.
Have you read the original book? They take down group of French Gangsters while on vacation. I'm not kidding! Give me an actual adaptation of the book. But the design of the car is perfect, don't mess with that.
No, I've never had the compunction to read the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang book. And still don't.
Apparently, we're going to get a live action movie of Tangled and How to train your dragon. It feels like Disney is running out of movies to remake, I just hope Dreamworks isn't pulling a Disney and starts making live action movies of all their movies for a nostalgic cash grab. Because I've seen the trailer of How to train your dragon and I'm afraid they're going to pull a Lion king by remaking the movie frame by frame
Yeah, and the trailer for the live-action Snow White is far from appealing. I don't get the appeal of their live-action remakes. I'd actually prefer, if they had to do remakes, to remake them using 3D animation. Which would update them and modernize them but keep the essence. Nobody's the fairest in the new version of Snow White.
