The unnecessary reboot/remake of the week thread

Probably TV-MA, if they're going all the way. But I found the Sarah Conner Chronicles very enjoyable and I think that was only a TV-PG.

That's it. While I liked Sarah Conner Chronicles I think they would need to go more edgy. Also while I liked that show it also did get cancelled way to early so I think it might not even be possible to do something more kid friendly and be successful with that franchise. I think some of these older 80's action oriented brands almost demand it.

Both in Robocop 3 and the remake. I did hear the tv show was pretty good and it was not on par with the first two movies. I would like to actually watch it and some of the other shows someday.

I only watched RoboCop 3 once, but if my memory is correct, Murphy either never fired a gun or never got into a fight with a human character, or maybe both.

Good God. Urkel is back, in animated form.

I guess Seth needed a new car. The Ted TV series everyone has been clambering for. The self aware joke about the rebootquels don't help when they've been around for a decade themselves. Now they're just tired.

Will this be canon to the TV series? He looks as young as decades ago in the trailer.

The Family Matters reality includes Gilligan's Island (impossible inventions), Teen Angel (visitors from the afterlife),You Wish (djinns), Meego (extraterrestrial life) and Sabrina the Teenage Witch (witches and time travel), plus all of Urkel's insane science experiments, so - why not?

There are talks to revive White Collar. There had been talks in the past but this one seems like there's momentum.

I'm not sure I recall the announcement of Beverly Hills Cop 4, but here's a pic:

Paul, Judge and Bronson reprise their roles. Coming to America 2 was fun. I imagine this will be too, but frankly my hope is for a hard R like the first one. Probably won't be.
