As well as pretty much every show of the 80s and 90s. I can't even begin to count the number of times I've seen it.

Yep. There's Shatner of course, plus the guy who says "These red lights keep moving back and forth" (he was Sabin Genestra in "The Drumhead" and I think he played an Ocampa once on VOY).
