The Trek Toy Thread- what does YOUR inner Trekkie child own?

Not like I haven't post this before, but:

Adopt me! lol

That is awesome.

I wish I had more models and, more to the point, was patient enough to assemble them decently. lol

I think that is beyond cool.

I used to enjoy to make models as a child. The precision, the attention to every concievable detail...

then I got killed in Die Hard.

I cannot imagine the focus it takes to do what she's done in Roville. Im way to ADD to ever get to that level of detail. Im so glad you are enjoying the site!

Ok, so here's my Trek Shelf:

I realize that not all of these are classified as "toys" but here we go anyway:

Top shelf: Star Trek Cereal - yea!!

Bottom shelf: (from left to right) Starfleet insignia from a box of Kellogg's Corn Pops (it lights up!), mini-Capt. Kirk from Burger King (it talks!), TOS Squirt Gun Phaser (it squirts!), Star Trek Collectors Pez #160554 (of 250,000), TOS Phaser (lights up and makes noise!), mini-Spock from Burger King (it talks, too), TOS Communicator (with soundbites from various TOS performers!).

I have one or two other Trek collectible items but they're not on the shelf.

O M G ! Thos phasers are absolutely AWESOME!!!

NIUPONYBOY-- aw, thats a bummer that you dont have enough room to keep them out to enjoy!

Here,s my list :~

1. Every AMT kit built or boxed .
2. All of the star trek micro machines .

I,ve just started to collect DST stuff phaser, communicator and tricorder. all of the funko bobble heads but my favourite at the moment are the star trek minimates i,ve got all the waves and i,m collecting anything 2 do with spock . !!!!!!!!

My entire current collection is as follows:
-paper drink cup from Burger King
-Uhura bobble-head from Burger King
-3 sets of ST09 glasses from Burger King
-ST09 glasses display stand (3-D) also from Burger King
-crappy Klingon commbadge from Kellogg's cereal box

As a boy, I used my paper route money to pay for ALL the TOS models. These included several sets of the Phaser/Communicator/Tricorder kits because I actually played with mine as I explored our farm, creeks, cliffs and other 'alien' landscapes.
Later on I built many of the ships from TOS-Ent to Ent-D (and Star Wars ships) which were displayed at my local hobby shop. I loved to use flourescent blacklight paint and hang them under blacklights. The shop owner sold quite a few models from my displays.:techman:
Alas, those models became gifts, to friends:techman: and exes:evil:, which I regrettably never replaced.:(

UPDATE: Just got my Star Trek XI USB wristband in the mail the other day. So that has been added to the Trek Shelf.

Holy smokes, where do I start. I have been building AMT model Enterprises and D7s since the 60s. Playmates, Art Asylums, Polar Lights, and now Hot Wheels. I'd need a spread sheet to put it all together.

TODDKENT : i looked at the link and saw the picture (of the usb wristband), and i hate to say this, but i STILL dont understand what it is. Its a bracelet sort of thingy that has a thingy you can put into the computer? When you do that, what kind of information is stored on it?
