And there is only one real Showrunner, and Brophy does not share power.

I know the TrekBBS has a no doxxing rule, so wanted to respect the poster's pseudo-anonymity.

My condolence, although it's 4 years too late.

In this case, he used to post under his actual first name, so it's well known among the long-timers.

Would like to reserve judgement on him until the series ends...so far so good however

Yeah I don't see the point of doing this before the season ends.

I'm not anti-Terry by any means. In fact, I've largely enjoyed Picard S3 so far. But we're only 4 episodes in. My biggest complaints about Picard S1 & S2 and the past several seasons of Discovery is that they were awful at sustaining season long arcs. At first glance, it appears that Picard might be avoiding that. Big emphasis on might though because again we're only 4 episodes in.

So far, we've finished the first act of the season and by reports it sounds like there are two more acts. There's at least a sense of a cohesive, planned story structure for the entire season, which was notably missing from the previous seasons of Picard/Disco. Of course, we'll have to see how well it's executed.

So, I'm in the wait and see category. I'm cautiously optimistic. But there's certainly not enough evidence to proclaim Terry as showrunner at this point--as if what we say here had any impact on the decision!

I always forget you were one of the writers on that ep. since you go by serveaux. I haven't seen "Tin Man" in a couple years but I'm going to watch it with the other space traveling life form eps. Nice work.
