The Sound Track

So I've been watching the trailers alot lately (as I'm sure many of you are )
and the one thing that has stood out more to me than just about anything else in the film is the sound track. Now the trek movies have had a history of good OSTs but something about the music in the trailer just had me hooked. It definitely meshed with the visuals. I am curious though, was the score in the trailer actually from the movie itself? I know often times a piece of music is used for a trailer that isnt actually in the movie itself. I hope this isnt the case with Trek XI because i was definetly impressed.

According to TrekMovie...

One of the best things about the new trailer is the music. Like with the previous trailer, the music is not actually from Michael Giacchino’s score. In this case the music came from the group Two Steps From Hell, who specialize in music for trailers. The song is "Freedom Fighters" of their “Legend” collection. Two Steps From Hell do not sell their music directly to the public, but in a posting on their blog, they said they may do so in the future.
