Actually, for dogs it doesn't look half bad.

As for inside, it depends. Not all dogs have a double coat with guard hair to keep them warm. If you have a drafty house, and a short haired, older dog, you might want to put it on them on a cold day.

My sister bought her little dog, Riley, some lovely doggie pyjamas. She put them on him while she had guests. Everyone thought Riley was extremely cute and they all laughed. Riley hates being laughed at so he refused to let anyone put the pyjamas on him ever again.

Cute. Good idea for older dogs or short hair'd breeds if you're going to taking them out for a walk in the super cold. I'd buy it if were cold where I lived, and I had a dog, and had money... I suppose.
