Spoilers The Ships of Lower Decks

They added what might be an observation deck, or maybe the bar window to the bottom of the saucer. It isn’t clear, but there is a new window down there.

Season 2 Premier
Mariner's escape sequence. I recognize all of the ships, except this one. It looks almost Romulan. But I think it's a new design for the franchise.

At first I thought it was inspired by a FASA design, but after doing some digging it might be derived from the Starfleet Academy video game. It resembles the VH-10 Garuda to me. It’s the only one I’ve found with a flat back end and an actual structural “head” off the front of the main hull.

It's also in Starfleet Command 1. A friend just found it, I was about to post it.

Not I identical, but it was clearly inspired by it.

So does this mean the Titan is bigger than we thought, too? 'Cause in the books it always said the Titan was in-between the size of Voyager and the Enterprise-D, at around 450 meters. Since the Titan obviously dwarfs the Cerritos in the season 1 finale, I'm guessing she is a lot bigger than previously stated, and may be closer to Galaxy/Sovereign-class sized.

Can anyone explain the holodeck Miranda-class ship USS Macouff, NCC-1877? What the significance of that name?

In the new trailer, I believe that I saw a new type of runabout. It is the ship escaping from the exploding Borg ship.

...I loved the red highlights on the ventral aft hull "flip-down" deflectors or scoops or whatnot. Those seldom pop up (down?) in the regular discussions on where a Miranda has her nav deflectors, but they are such an obvious candidate. Never lit previously AFAIK, though.

How so? After making contact with the Klingon Empire, the Federation was able to access all of Shakespeare's original manuscripts, including the superbly tragic one where that rich Corinthian is a central character.
