That is a good shot, but the problem I have with it is that the nacelles seem to be "not level".

I realize this is just an optical illusion, but this shot always gave me the impression that back end of the engine nacelles were pointing slightly downward from the horizontal plane.

I think that is because the saucer is slighlty above the line of flight.

This was every demented fanboy's childhood vision of Starfleet battles envisioned during childhood drawings and finally come to life. Before the remastering episodes, this was the first time we had ever seen a Connie get damaged and destroyed, instead of seeing it after the fact. I remember building Enterprise model after enterprise model, keeping the E pristine but adding battle damage to others and using the names off the decal sheet to build my fleet.

Otherwise, a true beauty shot, because I realized what it represented - no more TOS movies, a symbolic passing of the torch and a tear brought to my eye because of it...
