Until that moment when I saw that scene, I never thought they had ever shown her *this* close. I think this is the closest they ever filmed Kate/Janeway in the VOY series. It is pretty much like having someone close enough to kiss, no?

The darkness surrounding her showing her as being completely alone in her time of need...

How her eyes defy the need and her independance being asserted in her eyes...

It spoke to me emotionally...

If you don't care for this thread, that is perfectly fine. You have every right to not click the link here, or to bring up concerns of its existance in QS&F or PM one of the mods for this forum.

To everyone else, I think ya'll might already know what I'm going to say here... but...

If you have issue with any poster and you feel they are posting something inappropiate, ignore them, notify a mod, and continue happily posting. There's no need to take a thread off track.

I never entered for as long as it existed for that exact reason, so spare me. I just thought I'd get that off my chest. The second one was in response to the somewhat annoying reply. Now that I've made a scene I'm outa here

May not be the place but, when i found out that a women was going to be the new Startrek Captain, i honestly thought that how could they have a beutifull, yet strong captain. Well they pulled it off, and now she is my Second favourite Startrek Captain after Piccard
