The Roddenberry Archive / OTOY

Yowza! It's just great getting to see new Donny stuff. We got really spoiled for a while.

Did you do digital sets of the Strange New Worlds Enterprise or are those just virtual tours of the real thing?

I did NOT expect to see the Planet of the Titans and the Phase II bridges.

Not to be greedy, but I can't wait for more.
The DSC and SNW bridges were crafted by Roddenberry Archive contributor Richard Leech.

The Planet of the Titans bridge was crafted by Roddenberry Archive Artist Geoff Holman.

I've only watched the de Lancie video so far, and I gasped at the done-up Enterprise-J. I've wanted to see (or make) the -J and the Disco future-ships with hero-levels of detail to get a better sense of them being miles-long cities in space. I'm looking forward to digging in to all the interactive aspects of this project.

This is fantastic! Kudos to everyone involved with the project!!

One thing I’m curious about - are there plans to make a recreation of the Generations version of the Enterprise-D set? That one’s kinda become my favorite version, so I’d love to see it represented.

@Rekkert has it done if memory serves – they probably just didn’t want to clog the UI with 3 separate 1701-Ds (we had like 6 versions of her bridge live in Stage 9 at the end) in this initial release. Given the content of the Regeneration video, I’m sure we’ll see the Generations bridge again soon ;)

I noticed a few of the ships that do have canon bridges seem to be “placeholders,” without bridges or even unique exterior models where the outside was changed (like the Beyond 1701 or NEM 1701-E), so I’d expect it’d be expanded over time.

There have never been drawings of the Beyond bridge I guess, or the J bridge. Where did the XCV 330 bridge come from?

In the description, it says they came from "Unnamed Series Proposal (production artwork, c1970)," so it might be something from Gene Roddenberry's archives, but not necessarily Trek. I also noticed that the explanatory text is what should be above, where they talk about the ringship, and the text that's supposedly explaining the ringship is the same text from the page on the 1701 at launch.

So far the only difference to STO I see is the single, central UFP logo - are there other differences?

Did they find the exact same rock and film there, or is it all CGI?

These are all beyond gorgeous! You have my praises to finally realizing the Ent-A Voyage Home bridge, which has always been one of my personal faves! Looking forward to seeing what else you bring us!
One question: Is there anywhere that is displaying stills of the bridges - would love to have a circulating desktop background of these beauties...

I was working perfectly yesterday in Chrome, but today I'm on a different computer and I can't walk around anymore, regardless of browser.

Edit: Never Mind, it's working fine now.

Wow Donny, just freakin' WOW! Now I understand why you've disappeared from here for so long. Time well spent and very much worth the wait. I really wish they had done this kind of treatment for the property back in 2016 for the 50th (when they really kind of did nothing - re-release some old "remastered" BRD titles, maybe?), but better late than never. This is clearly a labor of love for everyone involved and I am profoundly grateful that you had a hand in it and saw it through. Well done!
