Spoilers The Roddenberry Archive brings every iteration of Star Trek’s USS Enterprise bridge to life

You can just go on roddenberry.x.io on a PC for the 2D first person walkaround version. They've said over in the General Trek thread that no current VR headsets and PC's have the power to render it functionally. So one day we'll get it in true VR.

Was there not already a vr Roddenberty museum a few years ago, as i remember walking about it with the Oculus cv1, it was quite well done.

There was one on Sansar, which had a strange bootleg TOS virtual bridge with off-brand graphics, a cool tour of a museum made to look like levels of a warp core while getting to see uniforms and stuff and a big model of the Planet of the Titan's Enterprise.

yes - OTOY actually provided the TOS 3D assets for the Sansar Roddenberry museum. Those models were created by Geoff Holman who has been working with me and Rod on these prior iterations of the Roddenberry Archive for over 20 years now!

We are definitely exploring more support for VR support down the line, but we will need about double the speed of a 4090 GPU to get there without sacrificing the quality or detail we have in windowed mode for the full interactive environment.

In the meantime, we are using light field explorable volumes (~ a cubic meter per volume), which we are adding to Apple Vision Pro app as they get completed. We shipped one for launch, but more are coming, and we are working to make the explorable volume larger. We are also looking to expand the live streams on AVP to 180 3D as cloud GPUs get more powerful.

I'm still having trouble getting the navigation to load, it spins for a while and then gives up. Ive tried Firefox, Edge and Chrome. It used to work on this computer, but not recently.

Best shot we get in ST6 itself I think

Oh my god, what a lovingly beautiful tribute to Deep Space Nine in general and the Promenade set in particular! You’ve certainly won the heart of this Niner with this beautiful video. Seeing the set and all its intricate details like this is simply breathtaking and awe-inspiring. I don’t think I have ever watched something this well produced for the show! That you got Armin Shimerman to narrate is a wonderful touch. Thank you so much for creating this, @Jules / OTOY! I don’t know how we deserve this.

By the way, revealing the set extending wall painting like this is brilliant …

Huh... Never knew they had a Masonic Knight Templar Past Commander's ceremonial dress sword up there. I have one that looks nearly identical to that. I also have a Kukri somewhere that looks a lot like the one on the lower left with the scabbard and the twin mini-blades (Karda & Chakmak). Is this from the Mirror NX-01? Seems considerably over-weaponed for a prime universe set dressing.

I spent an embarrassing amount of time banging into the wall trying to get the door to open in the little connecting room between the NX-01 bridge and ready room after the prior update, so thanks for the heads up.
