roddenberry.x.ioI have such a stupid question.... What is the exact link where I can view all the bridges?
roddenberry.x.io
Click "Starships" at the top right, then find "bridge view"
Awesome, thanks! I finally got a new laptop with a I7 processor and a RTX 4050. I hope I can finally explore these bridges now.
IIRC, that actually is Daniel Brainbox’ (@brainbox) recreation of the Voyager bridge that’s used for the Roddenberry Project. @Jules / OTOY correct me if I’m wrong.Could this be integrated into the VOY reconstruction? Would be a shame if it ends like what it reminds me of.

It apparently is rendered on their machines and yours just streams the result, IIRC, which is why it works without any fancy GPUs on your sideIt works on dang near anything, if you don't mind a lot of load time and slowness on sub-par equipment.
(I've made hundreds of screenshots of bridges for my control panel fixation . . . probably a full third of my collection is Trek stuff, and probably 95% of that is from, as I have them labelled, "RXIO". Most of the screenshots were made on this device, which is a midgrade 2018 unit with Intel graphics.)
I wonder if maybe clearing your cache might be worth a try? It's very frustrating, I haven't been able to get "Explore in 3D" to work in at least 6 months. I click the button, says it's loading, then after about 15 seconds it goes right back to the rotating single-point view with the "Explore in 3D" button. And I've tried it on different browsers (with and without ad blockers), different computers, even different operating systems, and no luck.![]()
Not if it's different computers and everything. At this point I would look into router, ISP, et cetera. (If any of those computers might be mobile, take them somewhere else and try.)I wonder if maybe clearing your cache might be worth a try?

I'm curious about what his endgame is. A full-scale, fully realized virtual Voyager is neat, but it's more of a project than a product, if you take my meaning. A license implies something is being sold, and while I'm sure there are some of us who'd pay some bucks for this, it seems to me like it'd be more suited as an asset library that could be a foundation for more... game-like games. An Elite Force remake, an adventure or environmental-narrative game like Resurgence, machinema or other animated projects.
But maybe that's what he has in mind.
The creator submitted a request to Paramount to get in officially licenced. Wouldn't be surprised if we saw a C&D soon >_>Could this be integrated into the VOY reconstruction? Would be a shame if it ends like what it reminds me of.
Yeah, he's been taking some creative liberties with somethings, I don't recall the reasoning for the wider viewscreen.I noticed in that video the main viewscreen was significantly wider than the original set, so if it is the same basic model it will have been tweaked for the Archive,

Also been taking some inspiration from Star Trek Elite Force, the Computer core is inspired by how it is depicted in the game, and a Locker room inspired by the ones from that game.
best thing for fan projects is to stay under the radar, don't promote using Star Trek branding either.Yeah, I don't see Paramount approving this.
