Phase II bridge does have a serious furniture store catalog look to it (even by Trek standards)What a passion project. Beautiful work.
Is it right that the Phase II bridge was fully constructed? The command chair is so 1970s!

That captain's chair just screams 1970's lounge chair.Phase II bridge does have a serious furniture store catalog look to it (even by Trek standards)
Did they find the exact same rock and film there, or is it all CGI?

They did film there, but with CGI still used of course.Did they find the exact same rock and film there, or is it all CGI?
That's Spock in the TMP costume. What about Spock where Kirk died?Walking around the sets is absolutely amazing, especially the concept bridges. I love the Phase II bridge more than the TMP bridge. I can't wait to see more - the Voyager bridge at the end is hopefully indication of the other Non-Enterprise hero ships being worked on.
Also, Spock in the video isn't using any deepfake or CGI, it's an actor with make-up:

Yeah, I do remember seeing photos over time of that large globe area being cut out with a clear plastic sheet taped over it during construction. It wasn't fully built. The only set IIRC that more or less was totally done was Engineering..which was basically unmodified for TMP.
The side walls and such were done for the Phase II bridge and a few consoles, they required minimum modification once Phase II was scrapped and it was converted to TMP. Certain things, like the tactical targeting globe thing, were scrapped and the alcove tactical station that Chekov manned in TMP and we saw in TWOK was added in its stead
Based on photos looks like the same actor and process. Could be wrong. That's Spock in the TMP costume. What about Spock where Kirk died?
It wasn't fully constructed, as far as we know. But partially. I took what we know was built and then filled in the details based on what's in Mike Minor's concepts. What a passion project. Beautiful work.

This is so cool

It's both. As per posts by team members themselves, it's the actor in make-up with real-time replacement of key parts of the face. (Such as Nimoy's distinctive eyes.)Also, Spock in the video isn't using any deepfake or CGI, it's an actor with make-up:

You need to be on a PC or decent laptop. Load the one you want then wait a couple of minutes. Don't panic if the button vanishes once you click it. It'll work.Ok so I'm stumped...HOW THE HECK do you get to walk around on the bridge and look around from different angles!? In your image, in the lower left hand corner, is a sort of controls display. For the life of me, I can't figure out why, but I don't see any indication of how to access controls for any of the bridges, or how to do anything with them other than look around from one position. Also, are there 3d models of the ships too? Because as far as the exteriors go, all I see are still images.
Been waiting months for this to drop, someone please help!
It really is stunning. Its why I would love to see a "canon" Starfleet Museum thing like this..see all the ships, any other exhibits the base has, etcAlso in case anyone didn't notice, on the Enterprise-D you can explore the conference lounge behind, on the Discoprise you can explore the briefing room (through the second bridge door, perhaps where the set was IRL?) and on the SNW Enterprise you can explore Pike's ready room.
This is utterly stunning. I NEED it in VR. We know from the artists' YouTube videos that corridors and other areas are coming. Cannot wait.
Do I see cities and parks inside the J?![]()
