One note… When Seven tells Jack to get out of the Captain’s chair, she says they’re doing a “shakedown cruise.”
That might imply that beyond the name change to Enterprise, there’s been a significant overhaul of the ship’s systems and it’s not exactly even a Neo-Constitution Class ship anymore. That they’ve modified it to be its own type.

Shangri-La II is what the 23rd Century Titan was if you go by Bill's naming.

Right. It did well during the borg invasion. Was previously for a short time commanded by Former Enterprise crew Members and a former Borg/Voyager member. It doesn't always have to be the biggest baddest ship. I really don't get why so many are annoyed by this. Lol.

The new dedication plaque still calls it a Neo-Constitution class.
Maybe since Enterprises seem to last a decade at best, Starfleet decided to give the flagship moniker to the Titan name. As for Seven, Jack, and Raffi getting the Enterprise-G, Kirk already set a precedent for it being a ship given to a bunch of rebels as a consolation prize.
Only if there was a TOS-style Shangri-La.
I could be misremembering, but I'm almost certain he called his revised Shangri-La design as 'Mk II'.

Oh, yeah, now that you mention it, he did have a variant/upgrade version of the Shangri-La that's closer to the final Titan design. I've got an image where he calls it "Flight II." So, maybe.

I can't find the image, but yes. If memory serves, I thought it said "Constitution III Class".
But just to be clear, are we talking about the plaque that calls the ship "Titan" or a new one that says "Enterprise"?
The 1701-G plaque hasn't been shown or seen as far as I know. I was thinking of the Titan one that @Racefuel just posted (thank you!)
