I read that Captain Kirk was supposed to play the role Admiral Jameson eventually did in TNG's "Too Short a Season"; Kirk would have returned to Neral from TOS' "A Private Little War" and discover the consequences of his actions of arming the Hill People with the flintlocks. However, Shatner was either unable or unwilling to reprise Kirk for the episode, so, we got the episode that aired as is with Jameson.

Just a couple of quickies. Thread gets more irreverent every day!

Trying to stay "Trek" themed, suppose it was the Enterprise-D in DS9's "The Jem'Hadar" instead of the Odyssey?

I wanted to do more for this one, but, there really were no suitable screencaps to further blend in the TNG and DS9 components.
