Nobody expects the spandex inquisition!
Commander Chapman had this perpetual annoyance of a misaligned combadge. Nobody else had this problem. It was his own private conundrum.
I was thinking more along the lines of Captain (or Commander) Chapman having to deal with the Q appearing as the Spanish Inquisition on the bridge's main viewscreen.

Ok, I like this one.
I watched that for about 30 seconds and it really creeped me out. Good job.
^For a long moment I was thinking: "Darn, I know this face, but who is this?" And then I realised that not the whole head was replaced and it finally dawned on me

So Data is "The One"? Since he is not human he completely understands what "The Architect" is saying about the matrix? Does that mean Trinity is an android too? Will Data try to save humanity or Trinity?

Very nice! 
Both excellent, but I don't think I'd ever have got that this wasn't an actual shot.
