The One Guest Star You Wish They Had

Stephen McHattie(it's a fake) as a real Romulan.
He actually appeared in "The Xindi" as an un-named foreman.
And a much more interesting part, I thought. I always felt the role of Vreenak could have been much better-written to take advantage of his skills -- as it was, a lesser actor than McHattie could have played it just as well.

Matt Frewer as 22nd century con artist Berlinghoff Rasmussen.

It's that simple.

I do not care so much about the actor, but they could have had someone play a young Sarek living at the Vulcan compound-we know he always was interested in humans, and more open minded about them than other vulcans given that he married one. That would have been pretty cool. Perhaps the guy who played Vorik on VOY.

I still think Chef should've been played by a different guest star every time he appeared. (Well, he never really entirely appeared).

Sarek wasn't born until 2165, so that would be a number of years too early.

Sarek's Dad Skon, then? Maybe he did his translation of Surak's teachings to English at the Vulcan compound?

Guinan(Whoopi)could have shown up, seeing as she's at least 300 years old even in the ENTERPRISE era. You wouldn't even need Q unless you wanted to do the backstory to their longstanding feud from TNG.

Bruce Campbell would have made for a great Starfleet captain or commodore.

Well, we almost got Shatner. But as predicted, everything fell apart when money got involved.

You know, having Whoopi Goldberg as Guinan pop up would have made perfect sense in bridging ENT with TNG.

Now, that's the way to do it. Not with Ferengi or the Borg.
