The Official Terok Nor Covers now available

"A saga of The Lost Era" -- very interesting. :)

thanks for the heads up, Jeff.

Even more interesting is that they appear to have used the DS9 relaunch font, which I thought was reserved for books set after the series to differentiate them. :vulcan:

Could this mean that they tie into the relaunch somehow?

Whatever the reason they are simply gorgeous, cheers Jeff. :bolian:

I love these covers! :)

"Lost Era" is a trademark promising high quality stories to me. I am confident that these books won`t be any different.

These covers are frakking AWESOME. There's something that makes them seem...important.

Brilliant! I'm really looking forward to these! Abrams should make a TOS film every year if it means we get more great DS9 and TNG novels!

Well, the Lost Era is defined as the period between 2293 and 2364, so it fits -- although the third book extends to 2369, so that's fudging it a little.

Still, it is unexpected to see it branded in that way. Cool, though. I guess The Buried Age now has company in the Lost Era tie-in category.

I can't wait for this series of books to come out. Especially the last one. Hopefully this ends up being good just like the relaunch series has been.

That's the same artist that did the Crucible Trilogy covers isn't it? Good covers. I'm looking forward to new books coming out.

I was fairly 'meh' about the Terok Nor books, not really that interested, so this is the first ive actually heard of James Swallow writing one of them which has certainly raised my interest in reading them. After reading Flight of the Eisenstein and the Blood Angels duology he's rapidly becoming one of my favourite authors. The fact that the covers are great is a bonus.

I love these covers and I'm so excited about these books.

Has Britta Dennison written anything else before (Trek or not)?

^The only credit I've found is for co-writing something in a music/comics magazine, and that may not be the same Dennision.

Yeah, I definitely had no interest in reading these books before. But something about the phrase "Sage of the Lost Era" and these covers make me want to read them.

With the large gaps between time periods of these books, there shouldn't be any wrenching cliffhangers.

Like everyone else, I love the art, and I really want to get my hands on these books.

Wow, those are absolutely amazing! So does this mean that everything that takes place between the prolouge of Gernations and TNG will be marked as a Tale of The Lost Era? I have no problem with that whatsoever, I was just curious.

Wow, those are...aggressively orange and purple. I guess I'm the minority opinion here.

No offense to those who like them, but they really just don't work for me at all.
