The Night Crew

Yeah, we have been working on this project since september. This incuded interviewing project managers, collecting data, analyzing it, drawing conclusions from it, and making recommendations based on our conclusions. From there we wrote a 53 page report (in which we got the highest mark in the class O.o) and now, for the final stage, we have to take what we did and present it to our teacher and possibly project managers from industry.

That was made so much the more meaningful by your double post.

Yeah, I know it was the server hiccup, but don't edit it!

I am wondering if I should bother sleeping...or if I should go to the gym at 5.

I was already at the gym today.

I wouldn't. I'm going to go the sleep route shortly. I usually draw the line around 5 hours of sleep.

Ah, well that makes sense. I got up around 11am. I'm feeling the tired but I'm also still full of energy.

I need to move to a planet that has a 30-hour day. That would solve all my problems.

I'm with you there
Hi, guys. Just had breakfast. I'm with you on this one, although I always thought 26 hours might suffice, as in DS9. For the longest time, I thought it was like that in all Star Trek.

EDIT This article is further proof that some of us have alien origins.

Personally, though, I hope that busy days can set me right.

No, just Deep Space Nine which was set on a Bajoran space station and thus followed the Bajoran clock.

They've come up with a disease for everything these days. Someday we'll probably even have a pill to cure walking!

Jokes aside, I believe in this particular one, and oddly enough, there isn't a pill for it yet.

It was an interesting read, though. It seems a lot of it has to do with an insensitivity to light. Daylight doesn't wake you up; the darkness of nighttime doesn't make you sleepy.

Probably explains why I function so well at night.

Yeah. I take melatonin supplements. It's not great, but it does help a bit. The neat thing about it, unlike sleeping pills, is that it not only helps me fall asleep, but it also helps me wake up. I'll find myself actually waking up naturally with the sun, which I would never do normally.
