The Night Crew

That's crazy!

Have a good night!

I'm going to take a break and watch an episode of The West Wing.

I just got home from my exciting night of nursing a Captain & Coke for 4 hours and trying not to rip my stitches. Woo!

I had good company. And I'm friends with the bartender. And we kept buying shots for these random girls who were sitting across the bar from us. And we made friends with a bunch of Swedish people who wandered in.

So it was a decent time even though I was sober.

Wow, well enjoy it!

BTW, I'm listening to that acoustic version of Advertising on Police Cars as I write this. I also dug out my Audio of Being cd and listened to the original. I was a little fearful of the associations and memories it would bring up, but it was a very rewarding experience.

While I had my old cd's out, I also put on my copy of the Apollo 13 soundtrack. The launch sequence cue always brings tears to my eyes. It's very inspiring. I think I'll put on the TMP score next. I haven't listened to any of these old cds in years!

Thanks guys

The Audio of Being is quite possibly one of my all time fave album, or is at least my favourite Matthew Good album. That and Avalanche.

I stopped listening before Avalanche came out. I have to admit my taste kind of moved away from it. I'm trying it out again, though.

Interesting with Matthew Good here that it's most imports only with him. Heard a few songs. But at least he isn't a Nickelback clone. I hate bands who sound similar to that crap band that came from your country. We have a band here called Thirsty Merc, and I can't stand them.
