The Night Crew

^ Listened to the first 30 seconds of it. Okay. Also at the same time wanted to listen to this - Regurgitator and the song FSO.

Also someone said just said that Sarah Palin should be send to Australia. We don't want her. Let go to Canada. :D

In terms of Tegan and Sara my all time favourite song is My Number.

That's exactly what I was going to say. I'm not a big fan of The Con (the song), but I like 'Nineteen' off of that album.

Broken Social Scene I am just getting into but adore the songs Lover's Spit, Cause=Time, Swimmers, and Almost Crimes.

Those are all good. 'Anthems for a Seventeen Year-Old Girl', 'Pacific Theme', 'KC Accidental', and '7-4 Shoreline' are also favourites of mine. Most of those are off of You Forgot it in People of course, which is just a great album.

Emily Haines is just pure awesomeness. I've been listening to the song Eden lately, and some of Metric's songs (Dead Disco, Wet Blanket, Succexy).

I don't know Eden. All I have of her solo stuff is the Soft Skeleton album, from which I really enjoy 'Dcotor Blind'. From Metric, I like almost everything off of Grow Up and Blow Away and Old World Underground. But I do really like 'Police and the Patriarch' from Live it Out, too.

Yeah, it's really hard for me to pick out songs from any of these artists cause there aren't any songs i dislike really. There are some I like more than others but in terms of love and hate there really isnt any hate.

^ Don't make us withhold our softwood lumber, now! :D

I definitely couldn't say quite the same thing. I have definite favourites, but there are some albums where I can't say I dislike any of the songs.

^ Don't remind me of Karla :p

Hey man, she used to live around here. It's entirely possible I've passed her on the street. :techman:

Well with those bands in particular it's hard for me to find those dislikes. They do tend to be up there in my favourite bands but they aren't THE favourite. As that place belongs to Matthew Good.

There's one particular Matthew Good Band song I listened to so much years ago that when I hear it now I could swear I'm stoned and sitting on the 97 bus in Ottawa. It's kind of unsettling.

Anyway, that said, none of those are my all-time favourite bands. I couldn't say which ones are, but it's not them, as much as they may fill a particular niche for me.

Do you remember which song?

In June i saw Matt live for the first time and I was pretty much on the verge of tears. If he would've played Let's Get it On I would've been bawling.
