Since the Klingon Armada was practically destroyed, I imagine some sort of alliance between the Empire and the Federation will occur, which would probably burn the butts of Klingons in the House of Duras. Remember, Toral was killed in a battle between his ship and the Enterprise. The house would be looking for perptual revenge against Archer and the Enterprise.

I think it came up quite a lot in the letters' pages of old Trek comics. The answer was usually something noncommital like "I wouldn't be suprised", which I always took as "yeah, but if we try and take credit for it it could cause a big legal fuss and we'll lose the rights to publish our comic"
