The next Hummer in your driveway?

The miiltary created the Hummer to replace the jeep.
The civilian version became a status symbol.

Now the military has created the MRAP.
Given the Hummer and the International's seven foot tall pickup truck the MXT, will a civilain version of the MRAP become the next status symbol?
