Hey guys Im new here but wanted som input on a project I am working .

I'm Currently building a Fan Site dedicated to Fan Reviews of TNG Episodes ...Every Episode lol .


So if you guys think you might like it just pop on there and leave some reviews with me .....theres a voting system see if you can earn the best review on any given episode.

Hmm... Doesn't look very trek like. Other then that it's fine. A little sparse, but it will fill out eventually. You might want to consider setting it up to display new reviews on the main page. Say, for example, the five newest ones that people have put up.

Cool thanks I'll look into it I just thought it was a fun idea and maybe others would like it . I am working on Making the site in a lcars layout just taking some time coz I'm learning at the same time so any help is welcome help and I plan to make it show the latest reviews and the top ranked reviews on the main page as well.

It's hard to comment on a site with no content, although I will say that purple color is too dark.

Why does your site have ads on it?

I really like a lot on your page .
Thats pretty much what I want mine to be in the long run but right now Im limited on knowledge but I am trying to learn as much as I can.

I will be overhauling the current site this week with a completely new template . It still wont be LCARS but it will have a much nicer layout to it .

Like first implementation of the forums being shown on the main page.

I plan to keep the ads on there for now because yes I make money from them. Its a known fact if you want a little extra cash this can be done on any site. But the main reason I do this is so that funding for the site wont come from my pocket( Sorry if that makes me a bad person or something) but honestly I feel like Paramount pictures has gotten enough money from me over the years lol.


I will tell you that the ad money coming in will be used on things like a true domain so we wont be .we.bs and we can have a nice .com address,
and maybe even to expand the host site a bit with more space so I can start putting up the files I and others have done that we want to share with the public. (I myself have been working on a Counterstrike Source mod for Star Trek)

There is limitless options to something like this I just want to make sure I head in the right direction with it.

Also right now your using a forum that's ad supported as well if you didn't notice.I have been only working with ad companies that will not High-Jack your browser as some do so I think I'm playing fair as far as that's concerned.

Ok well got the changes done I wanted to get done today,Hope you guys will Like this a bit better.

Now I can focus on watching a few episodes and getting my summaries in there. Sorry its taking so long but I don't have all the time in the world to do this so I'm doing the best I can.
