Spoilers The new (massive spoiler) ship!

I'll have to rewatch for the context. I binged the season, and the details are kind of a blur to me.

Wasn't that a reference to the Enterprise-D and Janeway's Voyager, respectively? Not their 32nd century equivalents?
Yeah I'm certain they were referencing a past Enterprise
Indeed, though I have only a vague recollection of that scene at the moment, I seem to remember the context of the conversation making it clear they were referring collectively to the missions conducted by all the Enterprises and Voyagers rather than the current ships of those names.

Indeed, there's been a notable lack of referencing a contemporary Enterprise in the 32nd century. In fact, I'm starting to think Voyager J might now be Starfleet's flagship. At the very least, it must be one hell of a prestigious posting since the Federation President personally selects its Captain.

Jayce Navy Interstellar article on the Odyssey class. Loved it. The Odyssey class is the ship I always planned to get around to getting, but never did.

I loved it, so much flavour, so much fun, but allying with the Enterprise F, but also battling Terran Odyssey Class ships. Gorgeous ship, cool flavor, and I love the Aquaruis that comes out of her. My favourite STO design was the Jupiter Carrier, but the Odyssey is a clear second, then Hephaestus Class.

I'm wondering if the old Enterprise reunion will actually be on an Andromeda Class, the updated modernized version of the Galaxy Class in STO.

I don't see it being just a fly by, so my guess is either it's a Picard flash back to when he commanded it, or Commander Henson (Seven of Nine) gets command of the Enterprise F when she gets promoted to Captain by the end of the series. Just a set of theories. There was rumours that Seven was going to get her own spin off series (although the source isn't reliable.)

Now that is interesting, on STO the 10th anniversay bundle from 2020 already has a Legenday Verity class, so i wonder if they will update the bundle with this Enterprise model or skin? ha. ha

(I take that back, the ship F model is already there) :)

Yeah the 10th anniversary Verity includes all the skins that were released at the time it was released. The model Thomas updated for Season 3 is also just a revamp of the base Odyssey model, so everyone will get it.

Yeah that just leaves the Lexington's skins.

Do you think the Enterprise-F will play a pivotal role in Season 3 or do you think it's more of a glorified cameo?

Patrick Stewart did say that the multiple Enterprises in the season did get a bit confusing, implying that they hang around long enough to get confusing in the first place.

maybe there are a few in the Starfleet Museum? The Hull of the -D, Riker fanboying over NX-01 (allowing Doug's redo to be canonised) we know he's a HUUUGE fan of Archer and crew

Well, if there is a 32nd century Enterprise, I would love to see it, considering how disappointed I am about the use of the STO Enterprise-F in Picard.
Me too... I'm disappointed that the E gets retired (presumably offscreen) instead of still being around to provide a solid link to the TNG movies, and I'm disappointed that if they have chosen to go with an Enterprise-F they used the Odyssey-class, which I think is hideous, instead of coming up with something new, original, elegant, and impressive.

Though I'm not entirely in love with 32nd century ship designs either, so... :shrug:What I haven't seen yet won't annoy me!

I thought the Ross-class was supposed to be the modernised STO replacement for the Galaxy-class?

So is there any actual proof that we’re going to see a museum at all? So far it’s just been an unconfirmed rumor, right?
