recipe for Vulcan pasta contained
a half litre of trellium
that the crew had brought
with them. Unwittingly bought from
a shady alien dealer who
was covered in mustard from
head to toe and would
shuffle his feet uncontrollably whenever
he'd try walking while intoxicated.
Which wasn't very often, unfortunately.
Back when the Captain first
laid eyes on his new
Swedish meatball maker he wanted
to show off his sausage.
He'd sometimes do so at
parties, at least until he
started to get bored and
took Porthos over to the
galley to steal Chef's leftovers
while avoiding Hoshi's foul soup.
