The most moving episode of DS9?

More than one for me..

The Visitor
Its only a Paper moon
Far beyond the stars
The Emissary.
.that scene where the aliens keep taking Sisko to the scene where Jennifer dies and keeps saying 'you exist here' and Sisko admits it..gets me every time

Can't believe I forgot the pilot... Yes, this too.

Battle Lines. Possibly because I was an Opaka fan and wanted her in more episodes. Mostly because it is useful to be reminded what being all in for your job is if you are in a service profession. Today, we are seeing that in real life played out on a grand and tragic scale.

Duet, The Visitor and Far Beyond the Stars are obvious

Progress
The Wire
The Sound of Her Voice
Children of Time
Wrongs Darker than Death or Night
Second Skin
Rejoined

I just watched "Who Mourns for Morn" and I was pretty moved by the end of the episode when he walked back into Quarks and sat on his stool.

More seriously, I find a lot of Kira Nerys episodes pretty moving. Progress, Duet, Necessary Evil, Ties of Blood and Water...

Children of Time somehow didn't connect to me cause we didn't get to know these characters. Them being erased also meant no suffering, so it had little impact beyond Kira finding out about Odo's feelings.

I agree with that, their characters never developed to a point where you cared enough about their fate, and as temporal mechanics would agree with you that they never existed to begin with, ergo there was no suffering, no death

It’s only a paper moon. I love that episode. So heartbreaking when Nog breaks down and expresses his true fears. The holosuite is such a great metaphor for therapy too. At the end when Vic has that look in his eye, a look of the approaching 26 hour days, it’s not only a feel-good moment but one that shows the contrast between regimented therapy and the love of life. Who better than Sinatra to sing along. Moving like a sunset.

The Siege of AR-558. The whole look into how long some of the soldiers got stuck defending the com array really got to me. One of my favorite moments of the whole series was when Bashir put on Vic's 'I will be seeing you' as they wait for the Jem' Hadar to attack
