I will give a point to "NATURAL LAW". It's one of only a few left that makes some kind of sense, even though they should have done even a hint of Chakotay and Seven here leading to the finale.

Boy I don't even recall what most of these were about. Natural Law & Unforgettable I don't even recall what the episodes were about. They are just titles. So I'll go with The Disease. The scene with Kim putting on the wrong uniform was funny. Imagine if Kim had shown up on the bridge in the woman's uniform.

"Elogium." Though true that the plot as presented is both nonsensical and pointless, I like that it's addressing something that should have been a major ongoing issue in the series, pregnancy/children on board.

This is a tough vote. Five episodes I actively dislike, two that are just heavily mediocre, and one I can't remember even after reading the Wikipedia plot summary.

That one is Natural Law. I know I've watched this episode at least twice, once when it first aired and once when rewatching on Netflix, but it doesn't ring a single bell. But, the fact that I don't remember it means it's better than at least five of the other seven, because if it were truly terrible I'd remember it more. I'll go with the mediocre ones first. I'll go with Forgettable, I mean Unforgettable. It has kind of a neat emotional premise, which is why it's so unfortunate it was given to the most emotionless actor. But still best of the remaining bunch.

The only episode left that has some kind of coherency is "THE DISEASE", so I will give a point to that one. I liked the idea of that ship, and I always found Musetta Vander hot. I remember her from SG-1, B5, and HIGHLANDER, too.

For me now it's between Elogium and Forgettable. I'll go with Elogium. Sure it's a little weird that an entire species can only reproduce once in their life, and it doesn't mathematically track then how they don't go extinct, but at least they tried to make an alien creature alien.
