What a list of duds. But "HEROES AND DEMONS" doesn't belong on this list. So it gets my vote this round.

The Doctor had a good story here. And we get Vikings!

I'll back you up on "Heroes and Demons", it's one of the best up there.

There's a few decent ones here IMO - "Parallax", "Resolutions", "The Swarm" and "The Disease" aren't top-tier but I'd be shocked if they're deemed the absolute worst episodes. My money's on "Favorite Son", although I can see it pulling through based on comedy value.

We've cultivated a lot of meh to pretty bad episodes here. I guess The Swarm is probably slightly stronger than the rest. Picardo getting to multi-role is always a treat. And we get to see B'Elanna engineering instead of just growling at people.

As far as I could tell, the only things wrong with H&D were it was a holodeck episode, and it played into the bad joke with the EMH being unable to secure a name. It's off the list.

My next vote is for "The Swarm". Its B-plot was inoffensive, and its A-plot had good work by Picardo in a dual role.

Oh damn I didn't notice "Resolutions" was here. That episode is great! The one and only time Chakotay was even slightly interesting, probably? I'll give that my point this time. I also love the return of the Doctor's Vidiian love interest.

Resolutions is certainly stronger than the rest of the list for the Vidiian plot but the Janeway/Chakotay ship is pretty poor. Not as bad as the Seven/Chakotay monstrosity but hey. I think Chakotay only felt organic with Tessa.

My next round vote is for Fair Haven. Delete the wife.

While this is a very meh episode, it does establish his character trait of being prone to survivor guilt, which gave us the excellent "TIMELESS", Kim's best episode of the series.

Being the building block of a far superior episode helps elevate it for me.
