Chimera. One of my favorites, a great story about the Changelings and the limits of human(oid) tolerance (Quark has a great speech about that), crucial episode for Odo and Kira's relationship (and the episode where their romantic relationship really started to work).

I didn't care for Take Me Out to the Holosuite when it first aired (especially its treatment of Vulcans), but I enjoy it now. Some solid character-based comedy, and the whole cast looks like they're having a blast.

Season 7 of DS9 was such a good season overall, so many good episodes. I'm choosing to save "Badda-Bing Badda-Bang" because it's a good fun episode that adds some much needed relief before the big multi part finale.
