Eliminating Turnabout Intruder.

This is an easy one, I'm surprised it even survived enough posts to get to me. If you ignore the sexism, it's still a poorly written episode. Oh, in the advanced future they'll never let you stay Captain in your current state! Whether they meant "In a female body" or "In another person's body", both are bad and one is worse. Because she's a woman, of course, in the position of authority she immediately starts screaming to execute people. And then "Her life could have been as rich as any woman's, if only (she accepted the roles our society deems appropriate for lowly women)".

Even if you accept the 1960s attitude that women don't do well in command positions, it's still a worse written episode than almost all the others on the list.

I love that last scene! Trek fandom would've been a blast if Enterprise had been cancelled at the end of season three.
