The Least Disliked Episode 2025 - ENT Season 2

I hope that "Stigma" wasn't anyone's favourite as it's the next one I'm taking out. It had its heart in the right place, but I thought it was a weak story and the B plot about Phlox's wife hitting on Trip felt like it'd gotten lost and wandered into the wrong episode.

Stigma doesn't take the top spot of the season for me but it is still pretty damn good. I'm going to remove the Breach, it's a great Phlox episode, well most of them are so that's a low bar but Mr Billingsley made the most of every moment he was on screen and I want him in SNW damn it, tangent over, I think it's the weakest now because the others are strong, I'm going to stop now before I add any more clauses to this runaway sentence.

My favorite three are still in it! Whoo hoo! (This means that at least one will be, at the minimum, the runner up for the season.)

Taking out "THE EXPANSE".

It was a good season finale, but I was tired of Duras. That part of the story did go on too long.

"Minefield." It's good, but Reed was such a flat character, so the episode is diminished by focusing on him. They never managed to effectively develop Reed, even when he did get some screentime.

Oh dip there's some strong finalists, I love the creepy automated station, I love the Vulcan/Andorian conflict, I love the follow up to First Contact and prelude to Best of Both Worlds. But which do I love less?

I guess due to the obvious fake out the others just inch above Dead Stop.

[Farscape One]

Well, you guys took out two of my favorites.

Which means despite how much I love Shran, "CEASE FIRE" is the runner up.

"REGENERATION" wins because it actually made the Borg scary again. And after the complete neutering VOY did on them, I thought that would be impossible. That alone is worthy of being called a damn good episode.

A strong winner and runner up. It was a strong final 8 I'd say, season 2 has a lot of good episodes. Although few of them escape having subplots that weigh them down a little.

I loved that the crew in SNW geeked out over the ENT crew, the writing for Hoshi was never particularly great but at least in-universe she is remembered as a great officer.
