All the remaining choices are great episodes that would easily make my top 10... except for "Proving Ground".

Strong contenders but I think of the few left standing the others are stronger than the Forgotten, not because it is weaker, it's a great 'resolution' to the arc of Trip's grief, but the others are just so much more.

I'll eliminate "Damage." We have finally reached the point where I actually like what remains! But I'd just be more excited to watch the other two. "Twilight" I will always love for it's insane opening, and also the rest of the episode is good too. "The Council" was this moment of "maybe this IS all going to land somehow?", before it fell apart for me in the subsequent episodes.
"Damage" is really good but has some moments that are a little overworked.

While it was well acted, particularly Bakula when he heard how few humans are left, "TWILIGHT" is taken out because it's still time travel related and it basically never happened.

Twilight is my favourite episode of season 3 so Im happy for it to get a spot in the grand finals as the runner up. Perfectly happy with the winner. I do enjoy the Xindi arc.
Twilight would've been my pick to win as well, though these were all strong episodes at the end.
