Yeah, I actually enjoyed DISCO season 1... the problem is that the show simply didn't know what it wanted to be at this point. It certainly hadn't yet become the DISCO we remember (for better or worse).

“If Memory Serves”. I’m hardly immune to nostalgia ploys, but I never cared much for the original episode this one’s based upon, and what’s left is an underwhelming vision quest and a kinda-neat set. It’s bottom-half season two for me.

I'll off "Erigah." I like it, and mostly I find it amazing how well S5 works as a Final Season even though it was not planned as such, but this is one episode where I was like... this one you wouldn't have done if you knew it was your final season. Too much of a tangent.

And I'll give my point for the next round to "Magic To Make The Sanest Man Go Mad." The ending is soooooooooooo bad. The journey there is great, but a flop ending cheapens the whole thing.
