I think that "Crossfire" is a good episode, but the weakest one remaining on this list. Of Kira's three in-series romances, Shakaar was by far the least interesting.

All awesome episodes. It's down to just what I consider personal favorites at this point.

Taking out "BROKEN LINK" simply because I like the others more.

I guess I'll toss "Homefront." It's fantastic, but it's easy to do a fantastic setup if you're not going to pay it off satisfactorily, which I don't think "Paradise Lost" does.

To the Death, I felt working together against a common enemy didn't really work that well with the jem'hadar. They were genetically engineered to be not much more than aggressive warriors and the episode didn't change that.

I will take out "THE QUICKENING" only because the other two utilizes the entire cast.

[Seven of Five]

I'll eliminate Starship Down as it's the weaker of the two. The Way of the Warrior is a pulsating reintroduction of the Klingon political story I was a big fan of during TNG, and also adds its own DS9 twist to the proceedings. And of course, Worf turns up!

Whilst being a great action piece, it also has a lot of character moments, and it's eminently quotable.

 

[Farscape One]

And it contains one of the best scenes in the franchise...

The Root Beer scene!

 

[Oddish]

With "The Visitor" bowing out early, "Way of the warrior" was the best possible winner. Intrigue, bombastic fight scenes, and DS9 gets one of Trek's best characters.

The Mighty Oddish approves.

 

[Seven of Five]

Yeah, I love Odo and Garak comparing root beer to the Federation.

Quark laughing at Worf's order of prune juice, only to see Worff's face and crap's himself!

The brilliant scene where we Quark tells Odo that he's going to defend the bar with his phaser, only to find Rom's note about borrowing it for parts. "I will kill him! With What?"

I think Garak turning up to fight alongside Dukat was priceless! Then rejoining them mid-battle as Garak says torture chambers are much more civilized than blades.

God, I need to go rewatch "Way Of The Warrior." It's been awhile, and it is incredible.

I like "Starship Down" as a runner up as well. This ep is great, it doesn't get the props it deserves.
