I sorta wish Maud Adams had been able to have a much more visible and well-recognized career outside of her two Bond films. Octopussy showed she had enough screen presence and range to be an effective star outside of action and adventure, but she never got to shine the way she should have.
Maud was also one of the only Bond girls who felt like a match for AND age-appropriate to James Bond.
Yes she was only young enough to be Rog's daughter rather than his granddaughter



ey as ending Bond's tenure with THE LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN. I'll just comment that Connery and Cage phoned things in far too much for my liking, and thank God Ed Harris and David Morse picked up the balls C&C dropped.
