Lana Del Rey's 24 was written partially for Spectre apparently. I'm sure it would have been equally as polarizing but I would have been happy! I hope the rumors she's doing the game song are true.
I have probably mentioned this elsewhere in the thread but in the Amazon documentary about Bond songs, those associated with the movie, including lyricist Tim Rice, expressed disappointment with it but I’m with you, I think it’s excellent.All-Time High is A-tier. I said what I said.![]()
Really?Would it have been better with the intended singer, Laura Brannigan?
There's like 40 Bond girls by now. Maybe 10 or 15 good songs. All Time High is lower tier for me. One of these days I'll do a proper ranking! (Been meaning to do that for years though, and also for Bond girls)
Looking at you, Iron Man 3What made SPECTRE unusual (and probably limper) than most Bond climaxes is that it essentially ends at night, which can sometimes result in visual dullness. Didn't every other one finish with daytime action (barring the epilogues with backup villains)?
TWINE ends with Bond and Christmas making out at nighttime.
Can we give you any solace?Today I Learned World Quantum Day is a thing.
I know it's unpopular opinion, but I think it's a great film.
As someone who loves quantum mechanics (favorite class in college, not joking), I didn't know about it until today either (saw it on Google).Today I Learned World Quantum Day is a thing.
It's OK. It's got great bits. I'll put the M / Bond scenes up against anything in Skyfall. But for consistency it makes The World is Not Enough look like Goldeneye.I know it's unpopular opinion, but I think it's a great film.
