Sisko and the rest of his team enter the promenade via the airlock. Sisko takes cover at the entrance to the Bajoran temple and fires at the Bajoran troops on the second level. Another officer moves into position to toss in a smoke bomb toward the door of the security office. The smoke deploys.

O'Brien: Now!

O'Brien and Li Nalas get up and leave the security office. As they run off, they pass Odo. Odo notices 2 Troops come down the stairs to pursue. Odo transforms into a trip wire, making the troops fall down as they pursue.

Sisko and his team retreat.

Dax: If you consider 2 against 1, even.

 

[Brian]

KIRA: There is one problem.

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: One?

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRA: The guys flying those ships?

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: Yeah?

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRA: Used to be the guys flying these ships. Test the phaser banks.

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: Full Power.

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRA: Good.

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: Uhhh... not so good. Phaser lock is dead. There's no way to aim.

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRA: Sure there is.

 

[Brian]

DAX: I know, I know. Seat of the pants.

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRA: With your eyes, Lieutenant, not your pants. Just point at them and fire.

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: You fly, I'll shoot!

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRA: Hang on. (Kira does a look to come up behind one of their chasers, and Dax eventually hits it. The ship crashes into a hillside.) Where the hell's the other one? (Bang!) I think we found him.

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: Thruster power is falling.

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRA: They must have hit a plasma conduit.

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: Got any fire gear?

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRA: Check under the seat.

 

[LeadHead]

Dax: I think I've got something. Got it.

Dax takes out a tiny fire extinguisher and uses it. The water inside wouldn't have filled a shot glass.

Dax: That's it?!

 

[Enterprise1981]

KIRA: That's it.
