So, for this to work, Harcourt Fenton Mudd somehow makes it to the Picard/Sisko/Janeway Era unaged, unchanged

Then he finds his way to, winds up on Deep Space Nine

Now it's Harry vs Quark

Unlike Quark, Harry's name is literally Mudd

In this Cla$h of the Titans, who wins?

I'd have to go with Quark. Harry niced-up too much on I, Mudd. He became little more than comic relief. I've seen Quark's devious side a lot more than Harry's.
