Spoilers The Good Place - Season 1

Wow, this episode really gave some great insight into Tehani. I actually feel sorry for her now.
It was nice to see Chidi's lessons are actually starting to have an impact on Eleanor. Them trying to deal with the other couple seemed pretty funny, but I missed some it.

Yeah, me too. Her parents were pretty terrible to her with the way they constantly fawned over her sister and made her feel worthless. And then in the last scene, we see that they could not even spell her name correctly in the will, so she got nothing.

Even more evidence that the whole place is set up to test everyone and that Michael knows exactly what is going on. Pretty much everything he did this episode was catered towards getting Tehani to experience what she experienced.

Interesting developments...Does this mean Chidi and Tahani are actually soul-mates? And the big question continues to be whether or not Michael is really as naive as he is portrayed or if this is all some kind of act.

Mary Poppins was stuck up too, so they're practically the same person in every way.

If you're perfect, you don't have to spell check or nothing.

Maybe every other community, is a smoking wasteland of horror and fire, that the architects have never bothered to look in on in thousands of years.

All the other communities had to do is disable or destroy Janet and they're golden.

Yes, I think so. The scenes between them, especially when they were talking at the couples cafe, definitely seem to be point to them being the real soul-mates. They seem to have a lot in common.

Honestly, I still don't know. Michael is so convincing as bumbling and naive. It could be a test but I think it is also possible that he really is the quirky, naive, incompetent, Michael that we see.

That reminds me of the scene in the pilot where Eleanor hears the screams from the "bad place". That would mean that the other neighborhoods that were abandoned by their architects literally became "Hell" and Michael's neighborhood is the only "Heaven" left. Interesting.

Good episode. It's nice to see Eleanore come clean so soon. I'm really looking forward to Michael's reaction next week.

Glad to see Eleanore finally confessing. Maybe now we get more clarity as to what the good place and the other place really are. I suspect we find out her coming to good place was not a mistake after all.

I'm beginning to think Michael really is naive. He may have just stumbled upon a larger plan to change the make-up of the good places (as he is the first architect to bother living with the selected humans). I have a feeling he will try to contact a higher-up about Eleanore and that all outside communications and transport will mysteriously shut-down.

"Most Improved Player" was a really funny episode. Loved the cactus jokes. The quiz was great too, with the question about watching The Bachelor. But I loved seeing the architect from the Bad Place. What a total jerk! What is interesting is how the old Eleanor would have totally fit in the Bad Place but the new Eleanor is slowly becoming more like the people in the Good Place. It is really showing her transformation. The scenes with him and Michael were great. Loved seeing Eleanor's friends sticking up for her.

The fact that Adam Scott is in this series and plays the architect in the bad place really makes this show one of the best shows I've seen this year. Loving this series a lot and last nights episode was hysterical.

Yeah, Adam Scott as the "bad place" architect was great. The whole dynamic between him and Ted Danson made the episode even better. Can't wait for next week's episode as the two argue it out over what to do with the two Eleanors.

I love this show. That might have been my favorite episode so fair. If this should isn't renewed for several more years I'm going to be pissed.

This was my favorite episode yet. I didn't expect to get a story like this for a long time.
The gag with Janet and the cacti was hilarious. I loved Micheal's reactions to her, Ted Danson really is killing it.
I've been wondering if there was another Eleanor Shelstrop, so it was nice to get confirmation that there was. I wonder if the people in The Bad Place have been having the same kind of effect on their Eleanor as the people in The Good Place have had on theirs?
Adam Scott was hilarious as The Bad Place Architect.
I wonder if they will address what happened with Jian Yu/Jason Mendoza? It can't have just been a name thing since he's not using his real name.
I just saw on Wikipedia that the other Eleanor is being played by the actress who voices Sabine on Star Wars: Rebels.

I wonder if the people in The Bad Place have been having the same kind of effect on their Eleanor as the people in The Good Place have had on theirs?

Logically, I would think so, yes. But I would imagine the effect would be the opposite. Instead of chaos, it would be order, like dirt and mud suddenly becoming a beautiful garden and pretty rainbows popping up everywhere.

I meant, are the people she's there with making her a worse person, the same way Chidi is making Eleanor a better person?
