Then the MCU should be littered with Stark like tech, Erskine super soldiers and adamantium laced skeletons. And DCU cops shold all have Wayne tech utility belts and planes should be made of Nth metal.

Some of those are justifiable. Bonding adamantium to bone would kill any subject without a healing factor, for one thing. And Nth metal is alien, so it's probably very scarce. But yes, it is kind of implausible that Wayne and Stark invent all these crimefighting innovations and don't let anyone else use them to fight crime. (Although Iron Man did address that decades ago with the "Armor Wars" storyline, where Tony was outraged about his tech being used for evil and went crazy trying to confiscate it from everyone, good or bad.)

Anyway, I don't see why this is even a debate. Ralph Dibny was on the missing list from the accelerator explosion in season 1. Within the show's universe, his origin is already taken care of, as long as the writers remember their own continuity. All that needs to be explained is where he's been for the past 3 years.

I think the actress has said on the Comic Con panel that the character will be part Caitlin, part Killer Frost. So KF will definitely still be in there. I am thinking that since the full KF outfit and make-up is very time consuming, they decided to go back to the Caitlin look full-time but will have a KF edge to her personality.

Hopefully he's out of the speed force by the end of the first episode, since there is absolutely nothing worse in the show then its absolute crap version of the speed force as a BS dream world. Plus, I don't want even the possibility of Iris "moving on" and the viewers having to go through "Will Barry and Iris get together" for a fourth time

Besides that, it was an ok trailer. That said, since he was missing from the trailer, I really hope we get a Wells this season, the cast will have a big hole in it if we don't.

I think it was mentioned in the article, but I don't find it anymore. Either whoever wrote the article made a mistake and corrected it since then, or, also very likely, I mixed things up. News about DCEU and DCW were all over the place yesterday.

Yes, and hopefully having a big-brain villain means that Cisco and Caitlin will get to step up more as Team Flash's big brains, and that we'll get to see Barry develop his scientist/problem-solver side more as well. (Oh, and Julian, if he's still around. Plus whatever version of Wells we get this year might be another genius.)

I love that the new villain will be a genius non-speedster. Let's hope the writers can make The Thinker a truly smart villain and/or don't dumb down Team Flash. Too often, villains are made out to be smart at first and then made dumb in order for the heroes to defeat them. It is a tricky situation because if the villain is truly super smart than he/she would win but the heroes need to win. So how do the heroes defeat a super smart villain without making the villain dumb when it is convenient? I hope the Flash pulls it off.

That preview is lame as hell. More moping from everyone, because we all loved all of that last season. Another guy in a metal suit with meta powers, hey, that's a new one. Sparks flying around in the lab! The 312th demand by a villain for the Flash to turn himself over. Speaking of which, why hasn't Kid Flash been written off the series as a regular yet? Ship him off to college, or give him some other city to bore. Makes me wonder if I should even bother keeping up with the show, frankly.
