The Five Doctors, What Happened to Baker?

As completely unlikely to happen as this would be, a multi-Doctor story with Tom Baker and John Hurt together could be amazing.

By coincidence I listened to the David Tennant commentary for the 5 Doctors again yesterday.
I would love to hear him join in on commentaries for more classic who. Yes I know it will never happen.

I am sure there is some cut scenes and footage they can pull from like in the Name of the Doctor Episode with Hartnell, they can do something like that with Tom Baker and work that into a revised Five Doctors..that would be pretty cool..

Forgive my ignorance, but why was Tom Baker not in the Five Doctors serial? I mean, if it was a conflict of schedules, then why couldn't they have filmed him on location and merged it with the existing footage later? that would have been an awesome surprise for the video release..

Just don't know why, so many things could have been done with getting to him.. unless he didn't want to do it, but then again, I ask, why??
