OT: I watched three eps of Firefly today: Shindig, Safe and Our Mrs. Reynolds and man were they fun.
Before I got the DVDs I only saw Serenity, but I gotta say this show hasn't disappointed me. It's just so much fun.

Wow, and Vash wonders why I like it so much as it was only a partial season
The first ep I saw was "The Train Job", and I was pretty impressed. Funny yet deep. I think my only gripe after seeing a few eps was that I hoped River wouldn't be flipping out all the time. And we see various sides of her as well, including helpful sides. Anyway, "Serenity" was the last ep I saw on TV, and I only caught the 1st hour (didn't know it was a 2-hour). I think my fav eps are "Train Job" and "Out of Gas".
I had to slow down on that set, I'm over halfway thru it alerady Not too hard since it's only 14 eps, I know. But I am enjoying it. Kinda nice having 2 different TV series I can watch whenever I want. I might haveta go for more

Well actually I also based it on opinions of a couple of people on this board and also based on the fact that it's Joss' show.

Hehe, yeah, you should get that set.
So far I've absolutely loved it. I have never watched a show that started off so great. I mean, I love both DS9 and Buffy for instance, but their first 8 eps weren't nearly as good as the first 8 eps of Firefly.Still going. Amazing.
I thought this thread would veer off into a discussion of LOTR now that its final chapter is being release. NTL I am pleased to see it is still on course.
At this rate, we may even reach the posting cap limit before it get the auotmatic closure treatment.
Enough of my ranting.
Had anyone here seen Binga Bang, Binga Boom yet? I loved this episode especially with Ezri in her sexy waitress costume. I may even try and screen capture her in this outfit. Kira wasn't bad either in her evening gown.

Well, just to let everyone know, I'll be heading home in a couple hours. I probably won't be around as much for a couple weeks, since I'm moving down from DSL to dial-up.But I'll try to drop by at least once a day.

Why would you want to switch back? DSL is up to one hundred times faster than dail up. It would take you hours instead of minutes if you choose to download large files. AAR, I've just completed Field of Fire. What do you think of Duran? Was he justified in trying to convince Ezri to shoot and kill the killer?
